ITINERARY
 
PRE TREK
 
Day  00 – Arrive at Kathgodam. Proceed to Song
              Song to Loharkhet. (1750 mts)  4 kms (1 hrs.) 
Trek to Loharkhet. Overnight stay at Guest House.
 
ACTUAL TREK
 
Day  01 – Loharkhet to Dhakuri (2680 mts / 8844 ft)
Mornings after breakfast drive to Loharkhet and from here we will start our trek up to Dhakuri. It is an 10 km (5-6 hrs.) trek today that takes you down into the depths of the valley and then a fair climb to Dhakuri. Overnight stay at Guest House.
 
Day  02 – Dhakuri to Khati (2210 mts/7293 ft)
This is an 8 km (3-4 hrs.) trek; Khati is the largest village on this route and is on the banks of the Pinder Ganga. The people here are extremely hospitable and legend has it that they are the descendents of the race who provided shelter to the Pandavas during their exile. Overnight stay at Guest House.
 
Day  03 – Khati to Phurkiya.  (5781 mts/22798 ft)
The trekking distance today is 16 km (8-9 hrs) with the roar of the Pinder Ganga not too far off. Along the way there are many a waterfalls and log bridges to be crossed. The barren icy peaks seem to be your only companions for the day. Overnight stay at Guest House.

 
Day  04 – Phurkiya to ‘Pindari Glacier Zero Point’ & Back to Dwali.    
Today is an early start as it is a 7 km(3-4 hrs,) trek each way. Touch zero point from where the Pindari glacier can be viewed in all its magnificence. The Pinder valley is also prominent with its patches of lush greenery over the stark white landscape. Return to Dwali Via Phurkia. Back trek (12 km,.) (4-5 hrs.) Overnight stay at Guest House.

 
Day  05 – Dwali to Dhakuri.  
Today’s 19 km trek will take 8-9 hrs. Exploring Khati is a good idea as it has some beautiful sights to offer. Down trek to Dhakuri Dinner and overnight stay guest house.
 
Day  06 – Dhakuri to Song. Drive to Almora.
Song to Almora. Over night stay at Almora.
 
POST TREK
 
Day 00 – Almora to Kathgodam
The trek end up arrival at Kathgodam.
 
 
TREK PACKAGE COST
 
PACKAGE COST-  Rs. 9850/ USD 246 Per Person cost.
